Mission
The Table Tennis Association of Schleswig-Holstein is currently undergoing a structural reorganization as part of a generational transition within its executive board. Proven success strategies are combined with new approaches. Modern volunteer and administrative structures, targeted education and training programs for coaches and referees, extensive grassroots sports initiatives, integration and inclusion programs, and a performance development concept shape the association. Table tennis is firmly established across districts and regions within the sports landscape.

Interesting Facts about TTVSH
The Table Tennis Association of Schleswig-Holstein, with around 360 clubs, is the largest association in Region 6 of the German Table Tennis Federation. A large team of coaches and supervisors led by head coach Mirsad Fazlic is responsible for performance-oriented youth development based on a dynamic performance development concept.
The permanent committees of the TTVSH ensure, with great expertise, enthusiasm and attention to detail, the organization of competitions for all age groups, referee education and training, public relations, and the results service in the association’s own media and online platforms, as well as the implementation of the competition regulations. As an instructor, Mirsad Fazlic together with the second TTVSH coach Lars Freystatzky organizes an extensive education and training program for coaches ranging from the StarTTer to the B license.
Sarah Bröker, in the newly created position of association developer, addresses the major topic of sustainable association and club development in all its aspects. Oliver Macke serves as the central contact person for initiatives and questions regarding inclusion in table tennis in Schleswig-Holstein.
